From tomorrow u can start following detox... This detox remedy is in general for everyone... 

▪️1 glass lukewarm water 
▪️1/2 tspn jeera
▪️1/2 tspn coriander seeds if available or 1/4 tspn coriander powder
▪️1/2 inch piece ginger (optional)

Boil for a minute, strain  and have this lukewarm empty stomach in the morning...
Have 2 almond and 2 walnut

(2) #DETOXDRINK

¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon honey

¼ inch piece of ginger, grated

½ teaspoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon mulethi powder

3-4 leaves of holy basil 

1 cup of water

Method:

Heat 1 cup water in a pan.

Add grated ginger and torn pieces of holy basil into it, and let it simmer.

When the water starts to boil, add spices such as mulethi, cinnamon, turmeric.

Bring to a boil, and turn the burner off.

Strain into a cup.

Add honey and lemon juice.

Mix well.

Drink hot
